When you place an order through the books.wilkinsonplus.com website you are contracting with Wilkinson Hardware Stores Ltd ("Wilkinson", "Wilko", "we", "our" or "us").
The content and use of this website is directed at those who access it from within the United Kingdom.
books.wilkinsonplus.com may display products which are not currently available to buy - for example, books that are not yet published or are temporarily out of stock. These are clearly shown on the website as unavailable, but can be ordered for delivery as soon as they become available. Your debit/credit card will not be charged until the day the goods are despatched.
We may withdraw the books.wilkinsonplus.com website, or any products contained within it at any time.

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £20
Orders received by 2pm Mon-Fri are usually despatched the same day and usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
Order process / Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
After selecting your products from the range available on books.WilkinsonPlus.com, you will proceed to the checkout area. A secure online payment authorisation service (DataCash) will be used to process your card details and obtain authorisation from your card issuer. Once this process has been completed, you will be sent an email acknowledging your order with books.wilkinsonplus.com. A further email will be sent to confirm that your order has been despatched.
When you place an order through books.wilkinsonplus.com, this represents an offer to buy from us. Please remember that all products are subject to availability and that no payment will be taken from your account until your order has been despatched. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract will take place on despatch of the goods to you. Ownership of the products shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have received payment for them.
If there is any problem fulfilling your order, we will email you as soon as possible to let you know. We’ll also let you know when your order is expected to be fulfilled. However, we won’t be liable for any losses that aren't foreseeable by you and us when you place your order, or business or trade losses, which arise out of any delay or failure to deliver your goods.
Payment
You can pay for your online purchase using MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch / Maestro, Solo, and Electron cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners club.
Prices
All of the prices displayed on books.wilkinsonplus.com are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. We will always display accurate prices for our products but if we do make a mistake, we will charge you at the correct price for the goods and not attempt to sell them to you at a higher or lower price.
Sales Pricing Policy
Where an item is on sale at a marked reduction in price but has not been for sale on the website for a period of 28 consecutive days please be assured that the goods have been on offer at the higher price for a continuous period of at least 28 days in the last six months in a minimum of 20 of our stores.
Your statutory rights
As a consumer, there are certain terms implied into your contract with us, which we cannot exclude, or limit (for example, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we have to supply goods to you which are fit for their purpose).
You can also be assured that under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 working days after the day of delivery. Simply return your books using the freepost label supplied and completing the reason for returning. Please obtain proof of postage. Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received confirmation that your goods have been received.
It's important for you to know that nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you would like more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office (www.tradingstandards.gov.uk ) or Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk ).
Our Cash Back Promise

In fact, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return your books using the freepost label supplied and completing the reason for returning. Please obtain proof of postage. Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received confirmation that your goods have been received
